• Fill in $30 per ticket under "Other" and designate the film premiere in the subject area. Tickets will be at will-call for you unless you can pick them up at La Jolla Shores Physical Therapy before May 1.

• Arrive at 5 p.m. for a reception and mingle with all the other ocean lovers and health-conscious friends. We hope to have a great turnout, so yes, bring your best friends and more. Around 5:45, we will usher everyone into the auditorium, do an intro, and start the film.

• Parking is tricky but not impossible (that's why we picked a weeknight). Arrive around 4:30 to park down in the La Jolla Shores parking lot and walk up the beach to Scripps Forum (about a 10-minute beach walk) to get in the mood. There is also parking around the neighborhood if needed.
